This policy explains what personal information All Barangay Smart System collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

1. Information we collect

Through this website we collect only what you choose to give us:

• Demo requests. Your name, position, barangay, city or municipality, email address, contact number, the plan you are considering, and any message you write.
• Newsletter signups. Your email address.
• Technical data. The IP address a submission came from, recorded alongside the request to help us identify spam.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this website. Your browser may store a small preference locally to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme; this never leaves your device.

2. How we use it

• To contact you about the demo or information you requested.
• To answer your questions and arrange a walkthrough for your barangay.
• To send occasional product updates, if you subscribed to the newsletter.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

3. Barangay records inside the system

This policy covers the website only. Resident records that a barangay stores inside the All Barangay Smart System platform belong to that barangay, which acts as the personal information controller for them. We act as its personal information processor and access those records only when required to provide support, maintain the service, or comply with a lawful order. Each barangay's data is held in its own isolated database.

4. How long we keep it

Demo requests are retained for as long as needed to follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

5. How we protect it

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-restricted servers. Files containing personal information are not publicly reachable from the web. Access is limited to the staff who need it to do their work.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your personal information is processed.
• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Object to processing, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
• Request erasure or blocking of your information.
• Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
